Transition Shelburne is made up of local citizens concerned about issues of long-term sustainability and resiliency. We welcome participation by all Shelburne residents and other folks in the area who want to work with us. We are currently planning several initiatives, including a town energy committee and an asset mapping project, and will be launching other projects relating to energy conservation, efficient transportation, local food production, education and other topics.
